The Schedule Report
The Schedule report allows you to display a high-level timeline of your engagements. This report gives you an at-a-glance overview of engagement start and end dates, as well as client progress.
Along the left side are the titles of the projects that you are currently a part of (labelled 1 in the image above), with a corresponding horizontal bar spanning the duration of the engagement [2]. A dashed vertical line [3] indicates today's date.
Each engagement will have a percent listed [4] to show how far the client has progressed in the engagement. Client progress is calculated by adding all requests that are either Submitted or Accepted and dividing by the total number of requests.
Adjusting the View
You can make adjustments to the timeframe that is visible in the Schedule by using any of the following controls, labelled in the image above:
[1] Zoom control: Use this to quickly adjust the chart to preset values such as 3 months or year-to-date
[2] Date selector: Specify an exact date range to display
[3] Start and end sliders: Move the start and end buttons to focus on a desired time period
