Engagement Activity Log
Generating a complete list of activity for an engagement is an essential task in managing any project. The Engagement Activity Log is a report that captures all engagement activity, including comments, uploads, status changes, and restrictions, in one exportable document.
To generate the Engagement Activity Log, select the relevant engagement from the My Active Engagements dropdown [1]. You can specify the types of activity with the Feed Types selectors [2], and use the From and To date filters [3] to narrow down the activity log to a specific period.
Once you have generated the report by clicking Apply Filter, you can use it to gain insight into the engagement’s progress. Every line item in the activity log contains a clickable link to the relevant request in the engagement.
To export the currently visible list to an Excel file, click the Export button.
Some ways you can use the Engagement Activity Log include:
Reviewing comments: The log provides a complete history of all comments made on the engagement. Use this information to track the conversation and ensure all stakeholders are on the same page.
Tracking uploads: By selecting the “Files” option from the Feed Type dropdown, you can see which files were uploaded, and when.
Identify restrictions: Ensure that only authorized users have access to the relevant requests with the Restricted information provided in the log.
