Firm Users can mark any request as High Importance, which brings the selected item to the top of the request list to capture the client’s attention. When a request is marked as High Importance, it adds a subtle visual highlight to make it stand out.
It is also included in the High Priority count on both the Firm and Client Users’ Dashboard, where users can see how many High Priority items:
- were requested
- have been provided
- remain outstanding
To mark one or multiple requests as High Importance, select the request(s) and click the High Importance icon at the top of the screen. A prompt will then appear, allowing you to choose whether to notify the assigned Client User via email.
