Firm Users have the option to mark any request as High Importance which will bring the selected item to the top of the request list, drawing the client’s attention to the requested item. When a request is marked as High Importance, it adds a subtle visual highlight to make it stand out, and is included in the High Importance count on the Client User’s Dashboard.
To mark one or multiple requests as High Importance, click the High Importance icon at the top of the screen. A prompt will then appear, allowing you to choose whether to notify the assigned Client User via email.
