Client users with Request Manager permissions can mark any request as High Importance. This moves a request to the top of the request list, adds a subtle visual highlight to make it stand out, and adds to the High Importance count of requests on the Dashboard.
When a request is marked as High Importance, the user can choose to send an email message to notify the client user assigned to that request.
To mark a request (or multiple requests) as High Importance follow these steps:
- Select a single request, or multiple requests using the checkboxes, and press the "High Importance" button in the toolbar.
- In the pane that appears, choose to "Immediately send email to notify assigned to user" and click Save to confirm.
