This article applies to: All Firm Users
AuditDashboard provides powerful search, sort, and filter functionality, making it easy to find and manage the information you need.
Here's an example from the request list.
Search
The search bar in the top-left corner of the request list searches for visible content as you type, such as Title, Reference, and User.
Sort
To sort your request list in ascending or descending order, click any column header — Title, Reference, Client User, Firm User, Due Date, Modified, Status, or Attachments (represented by a paper clip icon). This enables quick access to the requests you're looking for.
More Filter
Use more filters to drill down and search for specific requests. You can filter by request status Outstanding (blue), Returned (red), Submitted (yellow), or Accepted (green) — each color-coded to match your dashboard. Additional options include:
- Assigned to Me: Displays requests assigned to you.
- Modified: Select a recent timeframe e.g., 3 days, 7 days or a specific date.
- Due Date: Filter requests by due date within a certain timeframe or a specified date.
- Overdue: Shows outstanding requests past their due dates.
- Uploaded By: Filter by the user who uploaded the document.
- File Name: Searches the names of files uploaded.
- Description: Searches the content in the request description field.
- Flagged: Highlights requests you have flagged for further review.
Note: If you don’t see any requests, ensure at least one filter option is selected, or press "Show All".
Multi-Select
To apply bulk actions, use SHIFT or CTRL to select multiple requests. Bulk changes can then be applied as needed.
By combining search, sort, and filter functions, AuditDashboard allows you to locate and act on individual or multiple requests, streamlining your workflow and minimizing time spent gathering information.
