If your AuditDashboard login requires two-factor authentication (2FA) but you’ve lost your device, you won’t be able to login.
That’s frustrating!
To regain access, you need to email an AuditDashboard administrator at your professional service firm and inform them that you’ve lost the device you use to authenticate using 2-factor authentication.
After verifying your identity (e.g. on Zoom, FaceTime, Teams, WhatsApp), the AuditDashboard administrator at your professional service firm will disable 2-factor authentication for your account, at which point you can log in again and set up 2-factor authentication using a different mobile device.
