Templates allow professional users to save engagement request lists and re-use them with other clients on other engagements at any time. Templates retain the engagement request list but do not include any comments or files from the engagement they were based on. Templates allow the rapid creation of similar engagement request lists. To create a new engagement from a template follow these steps:
1. Click 'Engagements'
2. To add a new Engagement click the sign.
2. Ensure the template you want to use is selected (learn more about creating templates here). Click the next arrow.
3. Select the client company you want to create the engagement for under the drop-down menu beside “Company”. Give the engagement a title, specify any additional fields so you can classify the engagement.
Once you've created your engagement you'll want to Add users to your engagement.
