This article applies to: All Firm Users
At the end of an engagement, it is important you don't forget to Mark the Engagement Complete.
Marking engagements complete:
- removes the engagement from the Client and Firm Users dashboards
- restricts access
- stops notifications
The “To Mark Complete” flag is a helpful reminder for Firm Users with Engagement Manager and Administrator roles that the engagement status needs updating.
The system automatically flags In Progress engagements that haven’t had recent activity and are substantially complete “To Mark Complete”.
Engagements with the following criteria are flagged:
- At least 2 requests in the engagement
- 99% of requests submitted or accepted with no Firm or Client activity for more than 30 days
- 90% of requests submitted or accepted with no Firm or Client activity for more than 75 days
- 75% of requests submitted or accepted with no Firm or Client activity for more than 200 days
Identify Engagements Flagged “To Mark Complete”
- Go to the All Engagements view
- Click the "To Mark Complete" filter
- Select an engagement
- Click the Mark Complete button in the details pane on the right.
Engagements marked Complete can still be viewed by Firm Users with Manager or Administrator roles, and changed back to In Progress, Re-opened, Rolled Forward (duplicated) or permanently deleted.
