If you or a client are having trouble accessing AuditDashboard, the issue may be related to browser compatibility with our latest security requirements.
What's Changed?
To better protect your data, AuditDashboard now uses TLS 1.3, the most current encryption protocol for secure web communication. This upgrade helps keep your login credentials, file transfers, and other sensitive information safe by encrypting everything in transit.
TLS 1.3 offers several key benefits:
- Faster performance — improved load times and connection speeds
- Stronger security — eliminates older, vulnerable protocols
- Better privacy — for both clients and firms
While the old version of AuditDashboard supported TLS 1.2, the new version requires TLS 1.3 for all secure connections.
What Do I Need to Do?
To connect to AuditDashboard, you must use a modern browser that supports TLS 1.3. We recommend using one of the following:
- Google Chrome (latest version)
- Microsoft Edge
- Firefox
- Brave
If you’re using Internet Explorer or an outdated version of any browser, you won’t be able to connect.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Open AuditDashboard in a supported browser.
- Ensure your browser is up to date. Older versions may not support TLS 1.3 even if the browser itself is listed above.
- Still stuck? Try accessing the site from a different device that’s running a modern operating system and browser.
