When you have completed an engagement, mark it "Complete" as soon as possible.
Marking an engagement complete:
- Removes the engagement from both the professional and client dashboard and list of active engagements, ensuring attention is given to active engagements
- Stops all engagement related notifications for both the professional and the client, eliminating unnecessary emails
- Removes access for General users (most commonly Client users)
- Moves the engagement into All Engagements where it can be reactivated, duplicated or deleted, anytime
To mark an engagement complete follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Engagements
2. Click on "Edit Engagement"
3. Change the status from "New" or "In Progress" to "Complete" using the drop-down menu.
To find the engagement in All Engagements, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Engagements
2. Click on "--All Engagements --"
3. Search, sort, or filter the list of all engagements to find the engagement you are looking for.
4. Click the "Edit Engagement" icon (pencil) to reactivate the engagement or the "Duplicate Engagement" icon (two sheets of paper) to roll the engagement forward.
