A professional user can mark any request as high importance which will be moved to the top of the request list. Additionally, a professional user can choose to immediately notify the client user via email when the request is marked as high Importance.
To mark a request (or multiple requests) as high importance follow these steps:
- Navigate to the engagement you wish to mark the request(s) as high importance on.
- Select a single request, or multiple requests and press the "High Importance" button in the toolbar.
- Optionally, choose to "Immediately send email to notify assigned to user".
