The first thing you'll see when you log in is your Dashboard.
The Dashboard is a personalized overview of your active engagements. It is designed to help answer important questions such as: What is outstanding? and What do I need to do next to move the engagement forward?
The Dashboard is made up of 4 sections, labelled in the screenshot above:
- Request Status Overview: Here, you will see a separate status bar chart for your active engagements. The status of each request is colour-coded, so you can easily see at a glance the progress of your engagements.
- My Service Team: Contains the name and contact details of your professional service team member(s).
- My Engagements: A list of all the current engagements you are a part of, with details such as Start Date, Due Date, and Percent Complete.
- My Requests: A list of all requests pending your attention. These are requests that are outstanding and have been assigned to you. Click the headings to sort by name, engagement, or due date.
To launch an engagement, click on the name of the engagement you want to open or click on a request title to go to a specific outstanding request inside the engagement.
