When your professional services firm invites you to their AuditDashboard portal, you’ll receive an email to register your account.
Getting Started
The invitation email includes a secure, temporary registration link:
- The link is tied to your email address and should not be shared
- The link expires after 7 days
- If it expires, your firm will need to resend the invitation
How to Register
- Open the invitation email
- Click "Register with AuditDashboard"
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your account setup
You can choose to set up your account using Single Sign-On (SSO) with your Microsoft or Google account, or by creating a password for the account.
The use of SSO is not required, and will sometimes require your IT department to authorize access. If you encounter any problems with SSO, please contact your IT administrator.
After Registration
Once your account is successfully created:
- You will receive a Welcome Email
- This email includes a link to your firm’s portal (e.g., firmname.auditdashboard.com)
Be sure to bookmark your portal link for easy access.
Logging In
- Firm Users log in via “Employee Log In” (left-hand side)
- Client Users log in via “User Log In” (right-hand side)
