This article applies to: All Firm Users
The All Engagements report gives an overview of the status of all engagements created in the platform. Engagements are grouped by their last activity date.
This report gives insight to where there are engagements that should have their status changed from In Progress to stop email notifications and remove client access.
Chart View
The default view is a chart showing the number of engagements grouped by the last date there was any activity in the engagement. Engagements are color-coded to show their statuses: Draft, In Progress, Complete, To Mark Complete, and Reopened. Engagements that have been deleted are also shown.
This view gives an overall indication of how long engagements have been idle, and where there are engagements that should be marked Complete.
Use the filter bar (labelled 1 in the screenshot below) to show/hide engagements based on their Last Activity date, Division, Status, and whether or not you would like to see only your engagements.
Details View
Click the Details tab to display a list of all engagements, sortable by ID, Title, Owner, Created Date, Last Activity, and Status.
As with the Chart view, use the filter bar at the top to narrow down the list.
