This article applies to: All Firm Users
The Engagement Performance report is used to monitor engagements in progress and debrief completed engagements.
This report comprises two charts: the Request Activity, and the Weekly Firm and Client User Views.
Select an engagement from the dropdown [1] and click Apply Filter to display the charts.
Request Activity
The Request Activity chart shows the progress of an engagement. Milestones are denoted with vertical dashed lines, and include the following key dates:
- Engagement Start Date/Engagement Due Date: These two milestones are taken from the Engagement Details
- Client Work Started: The first date that a client either uploaded a document or left a comment on a request.
- Firm Work Started: The earliest date that a professional marked a request Accepted or Returned, or left a comment on a request.
- Client 80% Complete: The date on which 80% of the engagement requests were Submitted by the client.
The grey shaded area shows the number of requests in an engagement. Green and yellow horizontal lines represent the progress of each request in an engagement. Client progress is made when requests are Submitted, and Firm progress increases as requests are marked Accepted.
Control the visibility of each shaded area in the chart by clicking the respective label in the legend.
To make the most of the Request Activity chart, review the dates when clients uploaded documents, and when professionals responded. This can help you Identify bottlenecks in the engagement and make improvements to improve efficiency.
Weekly Firm and Client User Views
The User Views chart shows when client and professional users viewed the requests in an engagement. This chart can help you see periods of high and low activity, and identify if, for example, requests are being viewed but not responded to.
Key milestone dates are denoted with dashed vertical lines, and are analogous to those in the Request Activity chart, described above.
Clicking a label in the legend will show/hide the respective set of user views.
