The All Engagements Report provides an overview of all engagements. Engagement Managers can view all engagement within their portfolio. Engagement Admins can view all engagements at the firm.
The All Engagements Report offers insights into an engagement’s status, the number of uploaded files, completion percentages, and more.
To download the report, navigate to Engagements, and click View All Engagements. Ensure "Show All" filter is selected so all engagements are displayed, and click the Download Engagement icon.
Tip: Use filters to narrow down the report before downloading.
The system will generate the report and a pop-up will appear once the report is ready for download.
What’s Included in the All Engagements Report?
The report includes an additional tab – Glossary of Terms – that provides descriptions of all report fields. Here are the main categories of information included:
- Engagement Details: Owner, status and last activity dates of each engagement.
- Files: Number of requests and uploads, and client completion percentage.
- Request Details: Status of request across all engagements.
The All Engagements Report can provide valuable insights in several ways:
- Engagement Progress: Track progress using the "Client % Complete" data.
- Request Management: Identify bottlenecks by reviewing request statues across engagements
- Scheduling Oversight: Monitor "Days to Start" and "Days to Completion" to ensure timelines are being met.
