The Request List Activity Report provides detailed insights into individual requests within a specific engagement. This report offers information on request details, including restrictions, attached documents, status, and more. The report can be downloaded for any engagement that is Draft, In Progress, or Reopened.
To download the report, navigate to the desired engagement, ensure that "Show All" filter is selected so all requests are displayed, and click the Download Request List icon .
Tip: You can also use filters to narrow down the report, such as requests marked as Outstanding or Flagged.
What’s Included in the Request List Activity Report?
The report includes an additional tab – More Information – that provides descriptions of all report fields. Here are the main categories of information included:
- High Priority, Restricted, Restricted With, and Files: Indicators of whether requests have been marked as high priority items and/or restricted, users that have access to restricted items, and number of documents attached to a particular request.
- Status and Times Returned: Current status of each request (Outstanding, Submitted, Accepted, Returned) and number of times a request has been Returned.
- Schedule Details: When requests were created, number of days request is overdue and the time taken to review the request.
The Request List Activity Report can be reviewed to monitor individual engagements and help to inform decisions around:
- Confidentiality: Review the Restrictions to ensure that requests are accessible only to the right individuals.
- Request Status: Monitor the “Request Status” and “Documents“ to track the progress of each request.
- Performance Assessment: Use “Times Returned”, “Days Late”, “Review Time” and "Create Date" to evaluate engagement efficiency.
