Uploading and downloading files in AuditDashboard is easy and efficient. Firm and Client Users can upload and download a file or multiple files.
Uploading Files
Attaching files to a request is simple and efficient.
- To Upload a File: Drag and drop the file onto the request line or anywhere on the details side pane, if the request is selected.
- Completion Confirmation: Notifications appear in the upper right corner when the upload is complete, and a file icon will appear beside the request. Click the bell icon in the top right to view recent updates.
Downloading Files
Download individual or multiple files quickly.
- Single File Download: Click on the document name in the Activity Feed to download individual files.
- Multiple File Download: Click the file icon in the paperclip column of the request line to download all files associated with that request.
- Download All Files in the Request List: Select all rows in the request list, then click the Download Documents in the toolbar to retrieve all files.
Request Status Workflow
Each request has a distinct status to help track progress.
- Outstanding (blue): When a new request is created, its status is outstanding.
- Submitted (yellow): When a Client User submits the requested information by uploading files or clicking the “Submit” button.
- Accepted (green) or Returned (red): After review, the Firm User marks the request as Accepted or Returned (with comments if additional information is required).
Pro Tip: Checking bold requests upon login helps you quickly identify new or modified items since your last session, keeping you organized and informed.
