This article applies to: All Firm Users with Request Manager and Administrator role
All Client Users in AuditDashboard are associated with one or more Client Companies.
Create a single Client Company
1. Click Clients in the left navigation
(If you don't see an icon labelled Clients, you may not have the right access or permissions to complete this task and will need to contact an Administrator at your firm.)
2. Click the Add icon at the top-right corner, then enter the Company Name and click Save.
3. You will then be prompted to add optional contact details, such as a unique code, address, phone number, and more.
You can also select the Login Experience / Authentication method for all the Users in that Company.
Create multiple client companies by uploading an Excel file.
- Click Clients in the left navigation
(If you don't see an icon labelled Clients, you may not have the right access or permissions to complete this task and will need to contact an Administrator at your firm.) - Click the Upload Clients icon
at the top-right corner.

You will then be prompted to Upload a Client List using the template provided.
