The My Service Team widget on the Client User's Dashboard enables Clients to view which Firm Users are a part of their engagement(s), so they always know who to contact when they have engagement-related questions.
All information displayed in the widget is pulled from each Firm user's profile:
Name (clickable email link)
Title optional
Office Phone Number optional
Mobile Phone Number optional
Meeting Booking URL [New!] optional - Connect your Outlook or Gmail calendar to allow clients to book a quick meeting directly with you.
Updating Your Information
Firm Users can update their details by clicking the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
Because all fields, except for name and email, are optional, each user can choose how much information they would like to share with clients.
Visibility Controls
If you do not want your contact details displayed in the widget, you may opt out by selecting: "I do not want clients to see my contact details on their dashboard."
Firm Administrators may also manage visibility on a user’s behalf using the Shared / Do Not Share toggle within User Administration settings.
The widget appears for Client Users only when at least one assigned Firm User has visibility enabled.
If all Firm Users opt out of sharing information, the widget will not appear on the Client Users' dashboard
