Firm Users can mark any request as High Priority, which brings the selected item to the top of the request list to capture the client’s attention. When a request is marked as High Priority, it adds a subtle visual highlight to make it stand out, and pins the item at the top of the request list.
It is also included in the High Priority count on both the Firm and Client Users’ Dashboard, where users can see how many High Priority items:
- were requested
- have been provided
- remain outstanding
To mark one or multiple requests as High Priority, select the request(s) and click the High Priority icon at the top of the screen. A prompt will then appear, allowing you to choose whether to notify the assigned Client User via email.
To remove the High Priority flag from a request, select the request and click the High Priority icon.
