When a Client User uploads information to a request, the status automatically changes from Outstanding to Submitted. You can then respond by either Accepting the request, or Returning it to the Client User who submitted the information.
Pro Tip: When returning a request, it’s best to add a comment explaining why the request is being returned. The Client User assigned to the request will receive your comment via an instant email notification.
- To Accept a submitted request, click the “Mark as Accepted” icon
- To Return a submitted request, click the “Mark as Returned” icon to send it back the Client User.
- To Accept or Return Multiple submitted requests, select the respective requests using the checkboxes and click either the “Accept” or “Return” icons in the header. You will be prompted to confirm your action.
