When a client user uploads information to a request, the status automatically updates from Outstanding to Submitted. You can respond to submitted requests by Accepting them, or by Returning the request to the client user who submitted the information.
When Returning a request, it is best to add a comment with additional details about why the request is being returned. The Client user that is assigned to the request will receive this comment via an instant email notification.
To Accept a submitted request, click the green Mark as Accepted icon , or the red Return Request icon to return a request back to the submitting user.
To Accept or Return multiple items, select the respective requests using the checkboxes, and perform the desired action by clicking the Mark as Accepted or Mark as Returned icons in the header:
