Leaving a comment on individual requests gives conversations context without wasting time figuring out what document, request, or subject matter someone is referring to.
The comment section can be used to ask questions or provide feedback about the request or attached files.
- To Add a Comment: Type your message in the comment field and press Enter or the Submit button. Comments are visible to all users except for Restricted requests, which can only be viewed by users with sufficient permission.
- Deleting Comments (available in v8.0): Users can delete comments by clicking the trash can icon beside them. If a comment is deleted, the original comment remains visable in the History feed.
