AuditDashboard provides powerful search, sort, and filter functionality, making it easy to find and manage the information you need.
In any list, click on column headers to sort in ascending and descending order.
To apply bulk actions, use SHIFT or CTRL to select multiple requests. Bulk changes can then be applied as needed.
Below are the lists available in the system, with screenshots of the available filters in each.
Requests
Search
The search bar in the top-left corner of the request list searches for visible content as you type, such as Title, Reference, and User.
Sort
Click any column header (such as Title, Reference, Client User, Firm User, Due Date, Modified, Flagged, Restricted, Comments, or Attachments) to sort the list in ascending or descending order.
Use the up/down button in the right-hand corner of the request list and select any column header to sort the list in ascending or descending order.

Filters
Use the More Filters option to refine your search and locate specific requests.
You can filter by status, which is color-coded to match your dashboard:
Outstanding (Blue)
Returned (Red)
Submitted (Yellow)
Accepted (Green)
Additional options include:
Assigned to Me – Displays requests assigned to you.
Modified – Filter by recent timeframes or choose Before or After specific dates.
Due Date – Filter by timeframe or by date range (Before/After).
Overdue – Displays requests past their due date.
File Name – Searches within file names uploaded to requests.
Description – Searches content in the request description field.
Flagged – Highlights requests you have marked for follow-up.
Note: If you don’t see any requests, ensure at least one filter option is selected, or press "Show All".
All Engagements
Search
The search bar in the top-left corner of the Engagements list searches for visible content as you type, such as Title, Company, and User.
Sort
Click any column header (such as Title, Company, Owner, ID, Type, Period, Year, Start Date, Due Date, % to Accept, or Modified) to sort engagements in ascending or descending order.
Use the up/down button in the right-hand corner of the Engagements list and select any column header to sort the list in ascending or descending order.
Filters
Use the More Filters option to drill down by engagement status or attributes.
Status filters are color-coded as follows:
Draft (Blue)
In Progress (Yellow)
Complete (Green)
Reopened (Red)
Additional options include:
- My Engagements – Shows only engagements you are part of.
- Modified – Filter by recent timeframes or choose Before or After specific dates.
- Users – Select user(s) to view engagements they are part of.
- Owner – View engagements owned by a specific user.
- Year – Filter by From, To, or Equals for year-based results.
- Start Date and Due Date – Filter by recent timeframes or choose Before or After specific dates.
- Overdue – Shows engagements past their due date.
- To Mark Complete – Displays engagements flagged by the system as ready to be marked complete. Learn more in "Marking Engagements Complete".
Users
The search bar in the top-left corner of the Users list searches for visible content as you type, such as Name, Email, and Company.
Sort
Click any column header (such as Name, Email, Company, Home Office, Roles, or Last Login) to sort users alphabetically or chronologically.
Use the up/down button in the right-hand corner of the Users list and select any column header to sort the list in ascending or descending order.
More Filters
Use the More Filters option to narrow down by user status or attributes.
Status filters are color-coded as follows:
Pending Invitation (Blue)
Pending Registration (Yellow)
Confirmed (Green)
Inactive (Red)
Additional options include:
Title – Filter by user titles.
Roles – Filter by assigned roles.
Created – Filter by recent timeframes or choose Before or After specific dates.
Last Login – Filter by recent timeframes or choose Before or After specific dates.
