Firm and Client Users can leave comments on individual requests where conversations can take place with full context.
To Add a Comment: Type your message in the comment field and press Enter or the Submit button. Comments are visible to all users, except for Restricted requests where only authorized users can view them.
@ Mentions: Send notification emails to users that are not assigned to the request by using the @ feature. Type the @ symbol and select the user(s) that should receive an email about the comment.
Deleting Comments: Users have the option to delete their own comments by clicking on the More Options icon (three dots) and selecting Delete Comment. Deleted comments remain viewable in the History feed for reference.
