If you undertake similar engagements repeatedly, templates are a great way to increase efficiency. Using templates, you can start a new engagement using a Request List Template that you would like to replicate. You can create an engagement template from any existing engagement.
To create a new template follow these steps:
- Navigate to Engagements in the main menu.
- Click -- View All Engagements --. Select the engagement you want to create as a template and click the Save as Template button .
- Edit the template name, add a description and click 'Save
Now you are ready to Create an Engagement using a "Blank" engagement OR from a list of templates (e.g. Master PBC Request List).
